Ok basically by the summer i will have a grand, as well as access to loan up to 2 grand. (Grand= 1000 Sterling) So i want to travel, bum about for a bit, travel through a few places. Im only gonna stay in hostels, holiday inns and camp sites to save money.
My first stop is Australia, then somewhere in Asia then Europe, then home. Whilst im doing it i want to be working, many friend have went to various places and there are places set up for people doing this to work, doing things like picking grapes, fruit and crap like that.
But that was a few people, and he i have the access to many minds who could and probably have experienced more.
So ejaculate your knowledge onto my receiving face, especially with regards to how to carry money without actually carrying cash, these places you can apparently work without permits and countries to avoid.
Thanks for any info.

Your debit card (bank card) will usually be more than sufficient to access your money if you can't get a credit card, although you'll take significant hits to your account if you're withdrawing all the time - bigger withdrawals means less withdrawls and you won't incur the charge of a few quid so often.
Which bank are you with? I know, for example, Barclays have a deal with the large Australian bank Westpac (and other international banks) that means you can make international withdrawls without charge. HSBC have quite a few outlets in the cities that you can withdraw from, but if you're spending long out in whoop-whoop your chances of finding one is buckleys.
Australia will suck your money up real quick unless you get out of Sydney quick smart. A lot of travellers are amazed to find that it's actually a very expensive city.
Oh, and: Get excited. Travelling will change the way you see the world, and you'll probably have the most exciting time you've ever had. Good on you for making the decision!
Thanks man, thats a great help.
As for where to go, Thailand is nice, and quite cheap. It might be difficult to find short-term work though. Also, I hear Malaysia is nice and almost as cheap. I'll find out for myself soon enough Travel between the two is a little dangerous, but also cheap
god. damn.
I guess it depends a lot on what airports you fly to and from and how popular the route is. That seems pretty cheap for flying to the other side of the world though.
It seems a bit crappy but get a flight with the most stopovers, seems to save a lot of money if you are not going for vacation
do not eat food that's sold on the street, even if it looks cooked and absolutely safe.
The people there grow up with certain bacteria in their food, thus are unharmed. But if you eat it, you may be puking up your insides for a while. As for fruit picking, I don't know about the safety of that.
(sister went to Myanmar, ate food off a vendor...wasn't good at all.)
