Printer printing solid black pages

I've got an HP Color LaserJet 2605dn that prints solid black pages no matter how I do it. Test pages do have the test stuff with all the colors, but it looks like someone took black paint and went nuts on it.

It does this with a test page from Linux (CUPS, unless OpenSUSE uses something different), XP SP3, the printer's own test page, and by pressing the little test button in the covered compartment in the back.

I'm pretty sure this is a hardware problem.

It started weirdly. The printer was bounding between saying to resupply and saying everything was fine. Then I replaced all the cartridges, and it started doing this. I've tried the cleaning process, resetting to factory settings, and the recalibration process. None of them fix the problem.

Never mind, it was the refilled black cartridge from Cartridge World that did it. I put the old one back in and it printed just fine. 3/4 isn't bad with how cheap they were though. :rotate:
