The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
Heya! Nice start. This ones working best. Id suggest spending more time on your next pics. your lines and colouring look rushed. slow it down and you'll have better results.
Also, perhaps a bit more description on your background. Why are you posting? Where do you want to improve your skills. What are your goals etc? I assume you want to improve your anime/manga techniques. There are loads of tutorials on the net, which are really helpful. Youtube might be a good place.
Just be careful when drawing anime. I used to draw it all the time back in school. and when it came to the point where i wanted to learn to draw more realistic, i had (and still have) a crap load of bad habbits.
Mhmm. The best way for you to improve your skill at drawing anime (or any style) will actually be to learn to draw realistically. Once you understand the 'rules' of the human form/drapery/etc, it's much easier to bend them in to a shape that you're happy with. Of course, that doesn't mean you have to completely abandon the style, but at the very least you should use what you learn from the human figure and apply it to your chosen style.
You should definitely check out the questions/tutorials thread, particularly this post. And checking out 'Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain' is a must (thought the psychology it contains is bullshit).
There are a few things I'd recommend. Firstly, drawing with a marker will simply make things difficult for yourself at the moment; I'd suggest sticking with some nice graphite pencils. I'd also recommend coming to a good understanding of form and shading before moving to colour (it's still well beyond me). And finally, keep drawing! The best way to improve is to keep at it, preferably at least an hour a day.
Thank you, Well the reason i post art is to get any kind of critique or commentary i can get. I feel im a sort of "mid-way" point where im not crucially bad (in my suggestion i guess lol) and im not crucially good either. I just need that final push you know.
As everyone else said but also your line control. Your hair it looks...scribbled in? It seems your rushing for a result and not thinking of what your actually trying to draw here. Or your lines would be alot more precise and filled in. The first one is the biggest indicator of this because everything looks messy and you seem to have no concept of how line weight should be distributed.
But I agree with WCK I like that one most. Anime is a start a lot of artists share but as their art palette gets more varied they realize its not the best way to start if they are serious about the arts. I am not sure how you want your critique here and I apologize for being a little harsh but I really hope this helps you. It did me when people gave these tips to me.
I would suggest having a look at the tutorials thread and the list of books in the OP. I'm sure someone here can suggest where to start. I'd love to help but I'm basically in the same place as you.

Koop from Bemanistyle & PH, right?
You should share some of the art you did for Pop'n, if so.
Good to see a familiar face. (If I'm wrong, carry on. :P)
