It was turned into a daze, because the stun could be construed as overpowered.
In a way its actually a buff, because for all intents and purposes they are still stunned, they just don't take half damage from you anymore.
Instead they can move around slowly.

I guess I just don't get what they mean.
When you killed someone with the Sword, along with raising your max health, when your health reached the max level, killing people would also give you an overheal that wouldn't run out. You could get a higher and higher overheal that would only dwindle if you were taking damage.
For that to be a problem, the person chopping heads would have to never be taking damage ever.

Yeah it did. You can get targe crits on servers which turn random crits off.

this is going to get me killed. That was one of the pluses of the SR imo, not having to worry if you are standing on your own sticky. I had learned to sticky jump with the SR too, you just have to treat it like a rocket jump. Place your sticky, then jump over it and look back while holding M2.

Does this mean you can't use the buff banner to just buff yourself?
I think it means that if you switch your loadout from the buff banner to the gunboats or shotgun, you're rage meter will get put back to 0, so when you go back to the banner you won't have some leftover.
