Call your credit card company and see if they can give you any information on the purchase. We started having charges like this show up on my parent's card and they called and it turned out it was the CC company throwing their own charges on the card for 'special deals' for their customers. They have cancelled that card.

In this case it's actually a credit, not a charge. However, OP I would still call your card company and just ask what that credit is, if it originated with them they'll be able to tell you what's up, and if it's not from them they should at least be able to tell you where the credit came from.
