Right. Hopefully this won't need a tl;dr. I'm a 17-year-old guy and this was with another guy about my age. So.... now you know that.
I was basically messing around with a guy who has been a friend of mine for a few years now. Y'know, we were fighting over who got to sit where and all that. Only maybe four people know that I'm bi, he wasn't one of them, but everyone knows that he's gay. It turned to some groping, got more and more... exotic, and then the next thing I knew we were in my dorm room making out. It just sort of happened. I really wanted it to happen, but then my pants came off and... I couldn't get it up.
Like... at all. With a lot of trying. Him and me. This involved just his mouth, by the way. And he's very good with it.
I don't know why. I've never had any trouble before. I guess I felt nervous. But the whole thing sounds so stereotypical. Was I just anxious about the whole situation? Does this actually happen? Is this normal? Please reassure me.

it's nerves, and yes it is completely normal. letting the other person know you are "inexperienced" (if you don't want to flat-out say you're a virgin) will help, especially if the other person has more notches on their belt.
