Windows 7 wireless troubles

Greetings,

Just made the switch from Vista to Windows 7, and I'm having a bit of an issue here. I'm using a Linksys WRT310Nv2 wireless N router with a WUSB600N wireless N adapter. When I first boot up, I connect at 270 mbps and everything is peachy. Within about 10 minutes though, I'm down to 5, 13, or sometimes even 1 Mbps (as seen in the task manager network utilization) all while my signal strength is still rated excellent.

On the assumption that it's a driver issue I googled around and the best I've been able to find is a Ralink 3.0.1.0 which I guess was put out by the chipset maker. Linksys has apparently epically failed with Windows 7 driver support.

Anyway in my googling I haven't really found anyone with my particular problem (solid connectivity, excellent signal strength, low speeds) so I wanted to check in here and see if there are some Windows 7 guru's that might be able to help me out. Thanks!
