I got tickets to see muse in march, way down in virginia. Recently, they anounced another show in Baltimore two days after that concert, should I buy tickets to that second show y/n? Would that be too much muse?
come on guys, one of their lyrics is "girl, shut your lips, do the Helen Keller and talk with your hips"
they cannot be serious
they can't
Had they used the line once and then moved on, that would be one thing. But instead, they repeat it ad nauseum.
Like an obnoxious acquaintance who is normally unfunny but gets lucky with a clever bon mot and proceeds to run it into the goddamn ground over the following weeks.
Also, this band is from Colorado, a state desperate for any sort of cultural relevance. Every time I go home, I have to put up with an all-out assault from these ballhumpers. Them and The Fray. It's fucking unbearable.
On the (almost entirely terrible) Young Money CD, there's a line delivered by the requisite "hot chick" of the group. Speaking of her rap prowess, she describes herself as possessing "flow tighter than a dick in a butt."

If they're being serious, they suck
If they're trying for comic relief, they're failing horribly

I do like the line "But I don't want no beef with him, because I'm a vegetarian" or something like that
they cannot be serious
they can't
but they are still doing what they're doing
I thought that was why we had to slog through the God-for-damned 80s.

I could listen to this song all the damn day. Maybe its because some of it reminds me of what I came from and where I grew up.

They're not too bad, but I'm not a fan.
It's not something I'd just chill and listen to.

Now that's comedy.
