Zipit Z2 - Anyone have one?

The Zipit Z2 is a WiFi Instant Messaging device that handles AIM, MSN and Yahoo all for $50 USD from Target.

This is all pretty useless for most of us that use IM on a cellphone but the Z2 runs on linux. This means its pretty hackable.

I'm going to pick one of these up and play around with it. Its the perfect cheap little toy for me right now. Does anyone have one of these or planning on getting one?

The specs seem awfully low. I know installing Linux might seem like a nice idea but with those specs... I'm having trouble wrapping my head around the idea of using this as a Linux workstation but it just seems useless to me.

I don't want to sound too negative but at least it does seem like a fun toy/distraction, I'll give you that.

edit: Upon further investigation... Wow, it can run Doom, NES Emulators, etc.. That sounds amazing for a $50 device. Now I want one of these. It's kind of like a GP2X for poor people, right? I can get behind that. :P

edit: Does it handle WEP, WPA, etc.?

Yeah I am also going to say it looks neat for its intended purpose but anything else and you would just hate yourself.

Although I still remember playing quake 2 on my mom's 200 MHz pentium with something like... not a lot of megabytes of memory.
