Spyware/Antivirus software

So what's the newest/best spyware/antivirus solution on the market that's free and will keep a younger sister from having me wipe her computer yet again?

I've never been a big fan of Adaware but if that's the best I'll go with that.

SteadyState is bad ass, don't ignore that. No matter how good your virus/antispyware solution is her computer will be gunked up with garbage.

Girls love smiley faces and gay shit like that and its only a matter of time before she installs a gay smiley face program that gays up her computer with gayness.

SteadyState has all kinds of neato and easy to use settings to prevent the smileys.

Hmm I thought about a solid state program, but I'd like her to be able to install stuff whenever she wants. I think I'll just keep the Media Center 2003 disk and all her drivers handy just in case.
