This is not your usual web hosting thread. I actually may have an interview with these guys next week and I've never heard of them. A lot of you people have experience with many different web hosting companies, though, so I'm hoping maybe one of you has actually used them and can tell me your thoughts on the company from a customer perspective. Did they seem stable and knowledgeable and generally high quality or was it a sinking ship?
Basically, I am Director of IT (and the last developer) at a small, failing company in the mobile content industry. The pay is low, the company is falling apart while showing promise of recovery, and as the last developer I am stable enough... they aren't going to fire me unless I go set the data center on fire on purpose or the company is truly closing up shop. Both of those things are at least a few years off. So, I'm stable, but unhappy. I'll probably have an interview at this little web hosting company which is an equally crappy industry, but there are a few places in the hosting business that do well for themselves.
