Trying to install Windows 7 Ultimate from flashdrive, not working?

Hi all, am trying to install Windows 7 Ultimate on the second desktop in my house using the a flash drive. I used the .iso and the Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool (for creating the bootable flash drives). The install worked fine on my new desktop, but when I used the same flash drive a half hour later on the other desktop, the install stops to say "To continue the install must restart your computer"... restarts, then boots up to the beginning of the install again. What could be doing this?

The computer is supposed to switch to booting from disc after that step, if I remember correctly.

When it reboots into POST, hit the power button to turn the computer off. Then remove the thumb drive, then turn the computer on again. It should then finish the installation process.
