Right now I have the incredibly terrible Motorola i570:
I'm looking to upgrade to a better/newer phone, specifically one for texting and with a good amount of features (like being able to use MSN/Windows Live Messenger, if possible).
A camera to be able to send MMS pictures and/or video would be really nice too (if possible).
Right now i've been looking at the LG Rumor2 and the Samsung Exclaim, are there any that completely trump these?
I won't be having a data plan on the phone, however.
If these two are my best choices though, is is one clearly better than the other? From what i've been looking at it seems like the Exclaim is better but i'm not sure.
First and foremost, who is your carrier? If you're in the US and looking for CDMA phones, that means either Sprint, Verizon, or a local/nationwide prepaid service that leases coverage from Sprint or Verizon.
We'll need to know what carrier before we could make the best suggestions, since some phones may be locked with carriers (if you're using Sprint or Verizon), and some phones may be difficult to flash (if you're using a carrier like Cricket).

I think the i570 is a Nextel phone, isn't it?
