    Arizona weather is such a tease. The minute I got the lawn furniture stashed away in the garage the wind died down completely and it stopped raining. Now it's beautiful and sunny again.

    I know shit picks up fast but I'm having a really hard time seeing how it'll hit 75mph gusts this afternoon like the news is saying it will when it's barely breezy enough to move a branch. :?

    Storm #4: It's been raining pretty steadily here in West LA for the last 8 hours or so, with some wind gusts too. It looks like the county's flood-control system has reached it's limit, especially with debris-flow runoff. The news is talking about a hundred or so more homes being evacuated due to mudslides, but luckily I'm nowhere near the affected areas.

    The rains all crazy here. It'll pour huge rain drops for like 10-20 seconds then stop completely for like 5 minutes then again huge rain drops for 10-20 seconds.

    And now my backyard is flooded and one of our trees fell over :(

    This rain sucks.

    It was really pouring when I went to lunch. Luckily, this also meant the parkinglot at the mall was pretty empty, so I didn't have far to walk.

    Also, our roof at work is starting to leak. Hurray!
