    Really, if it were me, I wouldn't give out advance copies at all. They want to news-cycle the speech, the media can find out what I have to say right along with everybody else.

    Also makes things that much harder on the schmuck giving the rebuttal if he doesn't know what he's rebutting.

    Watching from NBC here... it's in HD, but I'm not too fond of the commentary, doesn't seem partiality insightful, just the basic speaking points others have repeated.
