Anyone here able to get me email info for Clyde Anderson, booksamillion CEO? I would be very gracious, I've a complaint that has been unanswered through all routes I've tried, figure I'd go retarded =)

    Oh and short version of complaint:
    fiance, son and I are moving to new city. BAM asks fiancé to come in for comanager interview in a week. New city is 4.5 hour drive. She calls the day before to confirm, as well as the day of. Shows up, manager says 'oh...ya...I filled that last week.' then proceeds to blame every person except herself for the situation

    I don't want any compensation or anyone to be punished, it just seems it should be stopped

    My mother was a general manager at BAM for about 7 years.

    I can tell you with finality that they will not give a shit. BAM has an extremely high employee turnover rate, even among managers, and they do not care about their employees.

    It sucks, but really, they are a very bad employer.

    If you do get his e-mail, please make sure that your fiance writes the note. Nothing is worse then someone complaining for a 3rd party.
