Trying to find site for ease of new pc installation

I'm trying to find the site you can use to download all essential applications for a new pc in one place. I saw it awhile ago and my google-fu is failing me right now.

I remember the interface being you can check a bunch of applications such as chrome, filezilla, etc, and it will zip it up and you can install everything really easily.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
