Home Theater System + Blu-Ray

I'm looking at this because I have some birthday cash, and it's between a TV for our bedroom and this guy.
Questions:
With 5.1 setup (it saaid something about Dolby) will I get 3d sound in my 360 games?
What will my signal path be? 360 -> blu-ray reciever -> speakers? And then the blu-ray -> TV? Will that cause delays in the video or anything?
Obviously, this is a budget system for sound. I'm pretty bound by the budget, and enticed by the blu-ray player. Please give me your insights.

I agree. But if you are deadset on buying this, to answer your questions, you will get surround sound in games that support it, you are correct on your signal path, and it will not cause noticeable delays. Any delay you have (which can be seen by playing guitar hero) will be a result of the video processing in the TV itself.

Personally speaking I'd almost recommend skipping on that surround and buying a PS3 for the blu-ray.
