I already looked at a repainted seadoo XP with 787cc engine and I am taking it for a test drive Sunday. I really don't know too much about them so is there anything I should be checking for on my Test drive?

If you don't know anything your probably best off taking it to a mechanic you know and having him look at it.

You can check the obvious basics, such as:

    How easy does it start?
    Do all the gauges/accessories work?
When you're finished, open it up or watch it when the drain plugs are removed, Does alot of water come out?

The other stuff depends on how long you test drive it for. Does it overheat after an hour? Does it go through alot of gas? (Not sure what the norm is)

A mechanic would be able to point out alot of potential problems.
