Getting a mini-projector...

Hey guys longtime lurker, first time poster.

So my local Blockbuster has a bunch of mini projectors they're gonna clear out soon, wanted to see if it was even worth the purchase (as Canadian BBVs have an archaic "no return" rule).

1 piece Retro Cuboid Tiny Handheld Projector

The thing would be used for some basic gaming and movie watching with the PS2. Also I what's the distance-from-wall threshold for a good picture (I'm a technical illiterate, have no clue if 50 lumens is good or now). And where would I find extra bulbs for this thing (since it lasts 20k hours)?

I hope someone can help me! I posted in the tech tavern 'cause I saw other tech help posts here too, hope it's in the right forum!

It's not all that big, and only SD. But if you can justify basically buying a big SD tv for that price go for it.
Doesn't seem all that impressive. But pretty cheap as far as I can tell.

Seems kinda novelty to me though.

That's the thing though I'd be using it for basic TV watching, movies, etc with maybe some last-gen systems (GC, DC, PS2) for some multiplayer action that I can take anywhere.

With 50 lumens you will probably need a totally dark room. As in windowless basement dark.

But hell, I'd buy this if I found such a deal since my basement is where I keep all my classic consoles.

20,000 hours is a little over 2 1/4 years. It should easily last 4+ years even if you don't have a life other than games/tv/movies.
