Ok, I didn't think this through well enough early on so bear with me. I'm broiling some steaks for my girlfriend and I. I made some potatoes with chopped veggies as a side.

Being the nice guy I am I bought precooked shrimp at the store thinking it would be a cool side dish to go with the steak. But now I'm kinda jumpy because I don't know what to do with it. I was thinking throwing them with the steak on the cast iron pan in the stove, but I don't know if that would be weird.

Any ideas on what to do with the shrimp would be GREATLY appreciated.

ETA to dinner is...15-30 min, YIKES!

I just toss 'em in a pan, lightly butter it, throw some garlic/spices/whatever you want in and pan fry them.

Like 2-3 minutes per side or some such... works out well for me and my girlfriend enjoys it

Ya. It doesn't take a lot to cook pre-cooked shrimp, so just butter+garlic+spices and lightly fry them for a little while will make a big difference.

Splash some cava/sparkling white wine in the pan as well.

Yes I forgot about this! If you have any white wine add that! It is delicious!

And remember! C is for cooked, O is for overcooked!

Considering he has not posted his results as of yet, we can only assume it worked :winky:
