Final Fantasy XIII pre order bonus?

Anyone know of any bonus for pre ordering FFXIII in the United States? I have heard of various bounuses in other countries but nothing concrete. Walmart has a $10 ecard with their pre order but I was hoping for something more FF related.

    EBGames has a mini strategy guide, but I get the feeling it's lighter than Calista Flockhart.

    In Japan, there was a beta code for FFXIV, but I don't know how relavent it is here.

    GameStop had codes to get a chocobo for your Xbox live avatar. I don't know if they still have them.
