Anyone know of any sort of stretches to speed up the healing process? Also, heat or cold? I figured heat since there really isn't any swelling but I haven't applied either yet.

Yeah, basically, just stay off it. There's not much you can actually do outside of not using it (or using it as little as you can manage) until it heals.

Use heat on it, 20 minutes on then 20 minutes off x3. If it hasn't started improving a lot within a few days, see a doctor. After your ankle stops hurting, get a balance board and stand on it regularly - the biggest risk indicator for ankle injury is a previous ankle injury, you need to strengthen your ankle.
Cold for 2 days then heat. Depending on how badly you damaged it, you want to focus on stretches and exercises to keep it from stiffening up and strengthening it. People who have injured their ankle are incredibly likely to re-injure it. If you are active, and have a history of just "tweaking it" you may want to look into ankle stretches and exercises all the same to keep it from turning into a full blown rip like happened to me one day.
Cause 2 months of rehab and even more months of additional pain and stiffness really suck when you are training for your 2nd degree blackbelt.
Not really active. Badminton once a week is about it. The injury was caused by improper footwear (running shoes good for running, not so much for indoor court play). This is the first time I've ever hurt my ankle but I will look into ankle stretches and exercises.

Just stay at rest. Chill out
That's just my medical opinion
