    there was a bird screaming its lungs out outside my door!

    the cats were about to have their way with it so I brought it in and upon further inspection one of its wings are broken!

    it is currently resting next to the fire place, I gave it some birdseed but what else should I do?

    I was kidding about the cast :P

    I don't know much about it, but it will either heal on its own or it will be beyond repair, not really much you can do about it except read the relevant calvin & Hobbes strips
