The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
I was flipping through channels last night and caught a bit of the 'clean up my unbelievable junk-filled home," clean house. All I saw was the design guy Mark Brunetz talking about how he'd painted the game room lime green and decorated it in a Japanime style, and then hung a couple of *something something* prints on the wall. I only caught a glimpse of them, and didn't catch the name, but in that brief moment I thought they were pretty good looking.
If anyone knows what I'm talking about, and knows the artist for the prints, that would be awesome. All I could say about my impression of them is something along the lines of, 'neo-Japanese pop-art,' if that helps at all.
It was sorta similar to this, although more colorful and a bit more abstract IIRC.
Well, if you were the real yuubinkyoku, you'd be leaving missed delivery slips, and then coming back at 9 pm with the goods when I rescheduled.
Don't mind me. I'm just feeling cranky because I've now gone through two hours of 'Clean House' hoping it's going to be one of those high rotation cable reruns and I'll see that episode again. This show really isn't for me.

But they come sell all your most beloved possessions then put in new carpet. Whats not to like!
Check online to see what episode was showing when you were watching, then look for more info on that specific episode online? works for me with other shows, no idea how detailed any episodic information they may have is.
? It wasn't yesterday. Ah, right clips, but not full episodes.
Oh man, this is frustrating. Style TV has a 'resource guide' which lists the places they went through for furniture and stuff, and I've tracked down that this is the Baltimore episode, which has a link to Tag Galleries but nothing in their listings seems to match what I saw. There are multiple clips on Hulu from the episode, with the very first one Clean House Tip: Child's Play, taking place in that very room, but it's before they hung the art, and don't even mention it.
The family name is Buechler, based on an article in the Baltimore Sun, and the aforementioned Hulu clips.
And thank you Baltimore Sun, I finally have a picture of what I was after.
They don't look as striking as they did when I just caught a glimpse from the corner of my eye, but I'm going to say they look like something that would've come from the Tag Galleries. I guess I'll have to contact them to try and get a specific answer. (I went through their whole listing of art prints, but didn't see a match).
Mark purchased both pieces of art at Tag Galleries in Baltimore. Check out: www.TagGalleries.com. Be sure to tell the store that you saw it on 'Clean House' and thanks for watching the show. Thanks, DMK (Art Director, Style Network)

And while I'm being snippy, why did you decide to use 'post office' as your screen name?
Because I deliver poor replies in a timely manner. Yeah I missed that part.
