Trying to remember old horror movie

I saw a blurb about it on tv, it was about a guy chasing a little girl in a red hoodie-type thing then at the end it turns out that the girl is actually a serial-killer dwarf or something like that.

Anybody?

    Its a scene from one of "the Howling" films.
    She/it has a locket or something and the guy asks her, "Where did you get this?" and then she/it attacks.

    No no no, I remember the one exactly. Some guy is looking for his daughter while a serial killer runs rampant (I think in Italy, but could be France). He finally finds his daughter, wearing a red coat, but it turns out that the serial killer is wearing it and she kills him.

    EDIT: Yup that's the one!

    Yeah. Beaten. Nice trivia about that movie is that Julie Christie and Donald Sutherland met just before their sex scene. Nice.
