I previously had a wireless adapter that I used to connect my wireless Xbox 360 Controller to WinXP, but you cannot get rumble by that method, and the wireless controller support has always been a little lackluster. So with Amazon's current sale on Xbox 360 accessories/controllers, I bought a WIRED one.
I remember using Xpadder to make profiles for various games that didn't work with controllers natively - like Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. I can reinstall that. Someone else mentioned XBCD though which might "unlock" rumble in certain games that don't natively support the Xbox 360 Controller in Windows, though?
I'm looking for general recommendations or any information anyone has about this.
