How to convert a WMV file into a quicktime file?

I made this video for someone, but I made it in Windows Movie Maker. When I save it as an AVI in Windows Movie Maker, there is a huge loss of quality.

I've used a few free programs but there has always been a huge loss of quality in either the sound or video.

I need to send this video soon so I'm not sure what to do. Does anyone have any idea how to do this?

    Is there anyone with a program that can do this that I can email this file to? I need to send this video out at some point tonight and I haven't found any way to convert it still.
