Quick Xbox 360 headset audio question

So I have my Xbox 360 going into my receiver via an optical cable, then I have a wireless headset for in-game communications.
Is there a way to have the headset communications come through my headset only and not through my main speakers as well? I think this used to be a setting back on the original Xbox, but I can't find anything in the system options on the 360.
Any ideas? I appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.
