PAX BAR CRAWL

Greetings from NY,

My friend and I will be arriving to Boston a few days prior to the event and we're wondering If anyone is doing the same thing? We want to enjoy the city of Boston for a few days prior as well as after the convention is done at night by hitting up the bar and night scene.

We hear there is a Bar Crawl the night before and would highly be interested in going out and endulging in some beverages with some of our fine PAX brethren.

Does anyone have any suggestions???o_O

What if we come to the bar crawl and leave the pokemon thing to you guys? I mean that's cool that you guys are doing that but I don't really want to dress up as a pokemon I never got into that sorta thing. I'd just come in my street clothes.

You don't have to dress up, if that's what you're asking. Everybody's free to come and drink, the theme is just a fun thing that Atlus does and people enjoy. You won't be shunned.

Would we still have to "join" a certain color team to go or?

The color teams are actually different routes that only meet a couple of times. Joining a team basically gives you a group to travel that route with. You can request to join one on standby if you don't want the button or scorecard. I suppose you could also just show up at whatever bar once Atlus posts the schedule, but it helps for him to have a fairly accurate idea of how many people to expect per group, so I would recommend choosing a group to follow ahead of time.
