With the Shaman trainer in Stormwind it would be nice if the Horde had a Shaman trainer on the continent somewhere.
They do, it's just not until they get to the Swamp of Sorrows :P

I'm kind of thinking that on this hierloom in cata deal, it would be counter productive to deny their use. I mean they stated some of the main pulls are the guild leveling and guild crafted hierlooms combined with the fact another pull is new experience of leveling through a redone world. Add to that the fact the inspiration to level through that new content you are inspired with the new races. So, to kill some of that synergy by making those new hierlooms useless would make no sense. The worst that could happen is exp bonuses wouldn't apply, but I personally feel the well balanced and consistant statistical bonus of hierlooms is the more important part anyway.
Oh and this patch numer nonsense? Isn't it obvious the reason it is 3.9 is because its a prelude to 4.0? Being a prequel it makes sense to have it be a number right below 4.0. Its less a new patch to wotlk and more an almost cata patch.

3.9 goes before 3.10.
I assumed we'd be getting 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and then 3.9. Of course, this seems like a lot of little patches. It's hardly worth thinking about.
I find it funny Orgrimmar has all the trainers I wonder what will happen to the paladin trainer in the throne room if Garosh takes over
Question becomes then, since Stormwind has Dwarf, Gnome, Night Elf and Draenei trainers in them will Garrosh kicking everyone out of Orgrimmar mean he is a bigger racist then Varian?

Hey now!
You're bordering on dividing by zero here.
And I don't know if either of them are more racist than the other....
They're both really, really awful.
But then Garrosh will just turn around and let all his red-skinned friends into the city and they'll be hoppin' and boppin' with their rapping mu-zak and all the property values will go down and then the schools will start having gangs in them and then we'll have to bring in Tom Berenger to restore order, and nobody wants that.

The Blood Elf Paladin Trainer will be replaced with a Tauren Paladin trainer. There, problem solved. He's not kicking the cowmen out.
He's not? But..
Isn't he offing Cairne?
And I know most of this convo is a joke, but why are we talking about trainers? I assumed Garrosh was going to not be part of the horde anymore when he seizes control of Orgrimmar, and does thing in the spoiler. I figured anyone sticking with him would be the new equivalent of the blackrock orcs/dark horde.

I know people have "good" and "reliable" sourcing for that statment, but it just does not compute. If, at level 85, Garrosh Hellscream, the whiny bitch non-Chief of Garadar whose pathetic emo ass I had to whip into shape just to get him to save his own people is still my boss, I may faction transfer just so I can smack his pathetic ass off that throne he desecrates every day just by being near it.
I'm sorry, I blacked out a little bit there. Did I say anything interesting?

I'm pretty sure the "good" source was a dev or someone just straight up saying "Garrosh is the new leader of the horde. He kicks out the trolls etc."
According to an article in the magazine PC Gamer UK, based on an interview with Blizzard staff, Garrosh has been confirmed as the new leader of the Horde. Now in charge, Garrosh evicts the majority of non-orc NPCs from central Orgrimmar and begins remodeling the city with dark metal, similar to Warsong Hold and other Horde bases in Northrend.[2]

It looks like what they're doing is setting up the next game, be it an rts or WoW 2. They're trying to move out of the cease fire that we've got now back to full blown war. Of course, what we're getting to move between those two points reads like it was written by some grade school kid, which is why I'm probably go to ignore/drink my way through as much of it as possible.

I read something from Blizzard about Cataclysm having an increase in hostilities because of scarce resources following the war against the lich king. Hopefully it will be more than just a battle every two hours for the nicest fishing hole on Azeroth.
After Burning Crusade I totally stopped caring for the lore. The lore behind the Light was just silly. "You paladins and priests get your power from floating space aliens, olololol" and let's not forget the squid people who crashed their ship into our planet.

2.4 doesn't naturally come before 3.0.
In TBC, though, they didn't have any storyline patches between the last raid patch and the Wrath patch such as these Gnome and Troll events.

My geuss is too many people got confused by that so Blizzard decided to make an adjustment.
Think of all the people who were shitting themselves when 1.10 and 1.11 came out and people couldn't figure out why it wasn't 2.0 now.

Not that going from 3.3.5 or whatever to 3.9 will be any less confusing. From a software development perspective, that makes the least sense.

Depends on the server. I've found some servers are far less hostile to gnomes in general than others. The server I'm on now seems to be one, luckily.
