Pre-PAX Warm-up Gathering at Red Bones in Somerville

What: A social gathering of PAXEast Attendees who will be in the Boston area a few days early leading up to the main event
When: Wednesday, March 24th from 6pm - ?
Where: Red Bones BBQ, 55 Chester St. Somerville, MA

PAXEast is just around the corner and it is time to party like BGannon in the picture above! So let's get our prep started and meet at Red Bones in Somerville to share a few drinks, talk about the insanity that will be PAXEast and most assuredly laugh like hyenas.

Red Bones is located in Somerville, just off of the Red Line (Davis Square stop). It should provide an excellent central meeting point for locals who live in Boston, those of us who live in the "Burbs" and for our new friends who have the good fortune to arrive a few days early for the PAXEast Madness.

Red Bones has tons of beer on tap, an even larger selection of great bottled beverages and pretty damn good food to boot. You won't need to be 21 to join us, but you will need a valid ID to drink anything stronger that Pepsi.

So join us and let's get this party started!

My desire for BBQ made me forget that the PrePax Gaming Night at the Sheraton is Wednesday and Thursday. So I won't be making it. Sorry!

[edit] Definitely count me in. Do you know if we're going to be downstairs in Underbones or up in the main area?

@ baelion - It is easy to get to Red Bones. Just take the Red Line (T - Boston's train/subway system for the uninitiated) outbound to the Davis Square stop. Exit the Holland St. side. Go up to street level and turn right, walking into Davis Square then go about 2 to 3 blocks, you'll see a Dunkin Donuts on the right. Turn right at Dunkin Donuts onto Chester St. We're 1/2 block down on the right. (from Red Bones web page)
