Video of robot patrolling African country fighting militia

I remember seeing this video a long time ago. It was of a CG robot walking around an African country, keeping the peace and also fighting militia, kind of like a robocop, but this robot was slender and could run. It was really well done and looked real. The video was pretty short.

I THINK it was done by the same guy who did District 9, but I'm not 100% sure. It did have the same vibe to it though.
