I have not forgotten about it, I will be there with my special breakfast spoon.

However that event is inside PAX and it has its own thread already.
If some more people really want me to post that here, I'll do so.

Does RSVPing on Facebook really do anything? I think it will be first come, first served.
I really doubt they will honor Facebook RSVPs.

last night, Rockstar posted a thread about a party they will be throwing on Thursday: http://forums.penny-arcade.com/showthread.php?t=115206
The thread is already pushed to page 2 so you may have missed it, but it looks like a great event, and they will be previewing Red Dead Redemption there. Going head to head with the Playstation Move party though.

I honestly don't think I'll be one of the first people in live for the Move preview, so I'll probably end up here before the Pokecrawl.

I think the easiest way to get there would be to take the #1 bus headed toward Harvard Station. It's a quick, 5 minute walk from Hyne's to the closest stop on Massachusetts Ave (right outside the subway stop called 'Hynes Convention Center'). Get off at Mass Ave & Memorial Drive (right across the bridge) and then head east along the river for about 10 minutes. Total ~ 20 minutes.

If it's a nice day, it won't be bad especially since you'll be walking along the Charles and through the MIT campus, which are both beautiful (IMHO). I couldn't tell you whether the event would be worth it or not.

Is it legal to walk across the bridge if we dont want to spend the money on a bus?

Yeah, there's pedestrian paths on both sides of the bridge.

It's absolutely lovely to walk across on a beautiful day, and the weather seems to be really nice today, so I'd go for it.

I might be going so to the event too, depending on whether or not my plans work out. :)

The Playstation MOVE event was awesome! motion control was interesting, It worked well! The tech demos is what sets it apart from Wii or Natal, but no game demos actually took advantage of what I saw in the tech demo. They gave out prizes (I won a copy of borderlands!) and food! It was fun.

p.s. motion wand ball is squishy......

I just got a +3 boost to my ego.

I am in the IGN panel line and the guy next to me (Justin) was browsing the PAX forum. I asked him if he posts and he said he just reads it, but there is lots of helpful info in here.

I asked him for an example of an informative thread and right away he mentioned this one. Then I told him that I started this thread and I showed him my forum badge for proof. His life is now complete I'm sure.
