Looking for an easy way to extract 2 soundbites from:

Both about 1:25-1:35 in, referencing the University of Leicester boat club.
I have no suitable programs at the moment afaik, windows xp professional.
Any idea? Am thinking of making a video, and would be great to have these clips of her shouting out to us saved for when I get around to it. Only a few days left of being able to listen again.
