URGENT - NEED IMMEDIATE HELP

Ok, here's the deal

My flight returning to the UK has been cancelled. I can get a free change of plan, but it means sitting in Logan for a FULL 24 HOURS waiting. I do not have the money to extend my hotel stay whatsoever.

So basically, I need your help PaxEast Posse. I'm about to jump on couchsurfing, but I figured I'd ask here first.
Does anyone have a place I can crash (bed, couch, floor with a blanket) on Tuesday night? I can head out to Logan asap on Wednesday, but I'd rather not have to sit in an airport for 24 straight hours plus!
I'll give you sweet UK candy in return?

    Hey dude, sorry about your sucky situation, I guess you're with British Airways what with all the strikes? Me too. I can only hope my flight back remains uncancelled.

    If you haven't received a text or email, I assume you're ok. Unless your flight is on the Wednesday. They haven't cleared that day yet apparently.

    I'm currently looking at £300 ish to get home on Tuesday/Wednesday.

    Well my flight from Heathrow to Newcastle actually was cancelled but I've managed to book a bus anyway.

    On a slightly less urgent note. Does anyone know where I could buy a third party GBA/DS fat charger around the convention center?

    If I hold back for TWO days I definitely have a seat on a plane.
    I set off for my flight to Boston in about 2 hours. Seriously, what the hell?

    There is also a Best Buy on Newbury Street, about 1000ft away from the Hynes.

    glad to see things are working out for you baelion. so far i've been lucky and since i'm only using BA to get between Glasgow and Heathrow i hopefully wont be too put out if anything changes with my return flight.

    maybe we should make a group for it, PAXers against Unite!

    [EDIT]got everything sorted. roof over my head for one more night, but do feel like one hell of a silly goose(god i wish i could use stronger language than that right now).


    ok hi-jacking this thread cause i'm desperate. turns out my flights were booked for tomorrow not today, and i'm without a hotel room, trying desperately to contact home but failing at every attempt. normally wouldn't dream of asking, but i really am out of options after already having one major screw up with credit cards. is there anyone that can host me for just one single night? i'm at the mercy of the forum.
