I'm pretty sure you either missed a panel, slept-in during an event to miss, got too drunk to go see, fell asleep during a panel, or some other strange thing that made you miss something you wanted to attend, at least ONCE during your PAX East 2010 visit. I'm also pretty sure that you thought, "they made that schedule just to fuck me over," at least once during your trip. With hard decisions and dense thoughts abroad, you were forced to go on one path than the other. Did you get to see everything you wanted to? If so, care to give us some tips? Did you miss something because epic Jonathan Coulton stood in it's way? Got some footage for someone that wanted to see something? Post it! Let's see some voids being filled!
I'll start off,
I wanted to see the re-scheduled Blamimations panel (screening?), but I slept in after a long & enjoyable JoCo concert.
I was incredibly upset at missing the Naughty Dog panel. I arrived there as soon as I could, 45 minutes early, and was extremely disappointed at missing it. NDI is hands down my favorite video game developer (company I want to work for some day, actually), and I wish I could have seen it! If anyone has any footage or a liveblog or something, I'd love you forever!
I mean, the fact that I got to chat with the guys from the panel for a while made things better, but nonetheless, if there's any footage out there of the NDI panel, I'd love it.
Also, I reallly wanted to see the Rooster Teeth panel but was waiting outside the Naughty Dog place at that time so I missed RT as well.
Also, (hope I don't sound demanding or something), but since I want to make games more than anything, the panel on Sunday called "So you want to get into the games industry" really sparked my curiosity.
I tried lining up for every panel I wanted to attend an hour before it started, but was denied entrance due to the auditoriums being filled up. The Sessler and MMO panels in particular were depressing to miss.
Also, I slept in on Sunday and missed the LotRO boxed set giveaway-- I'm not a fan of the game, but would've liked to have the box in my gaming "collection" regardless.
I missed the keynote and first PA panel because we didn't get there in time and I was mad about that (though I did get to see Make-a-Strip and second Q & A)
On Sunday, I wanted to see X-Play LIVE but it coincided with the second PA panel so I had to miss it. And then there was the Scott Kurtz panel, which was happening during the Saturday night concert
There seemed to be a lot of good panels going up against each other, which was a shame

The second PA Q&A, because I was in line to have Jerry & Mike sign my PA stuff instead! Heard there was a lot of good stuff in that second one. The first was definitely great.
The two things I regret missing were the Job panel on Sunday (was way way way many people that wanted in that one. I went down too late after Blamation) and the Kurtz panel that was during the concert. It sounded like that was a RIOT.

I missed the Keynote and the closing ceremony, the 2 things I really wanted to see. The lines were just crazy. I talked with Robert for a few minutes at the book signing, he did say they were moving to a bigger venue next year, hopefully less people will get turned away after waiting in line for a while.

I was tied up playing in BYOC and totally forgot about the "how to run a Child's Play fundraiser" which seemed interesting, then I was bummed about missing the closing ceremonies since we had to catch our plane around 7 so we had to book it out of there right before the start...oh well, there's always next year
Well, it wasn't so much we missed a panel as we had crappy seats in the main theater and missed that my gf was picked as an Omeganaut. So yeah, pretty angry we missed that.
I really wanted one on account of the fact that you know, I actually skateboard... apparently the lines weren't bad on Friday at first, but then it was a good 45 minute wait to play the game for a chance to win... and I couldn't bring myself to wait in line for a chance

I did not get into the Dead Space panel and the Sequelitis panel.
I also did not have time to play a single game in the Expo hall. The only games I played during PAX were Bejewelled on my iPhone and one Rock Band 2 song (Icky Thump) at the Post PAX party.

I feel like the great thing about PAX is that it's not all about playing new games, but also about the culture that revolves around it (because I also didn't play any games at PAX haha)

I missed VGO. I hope they play again at next year's PAX East. I didn't get a chance to see any of the music, but after hearing so many people say how amazing they were I'll be on the look out for postings of their performance.
