Hey guys, here's a more lighthearted H/A thread for you.
Spring has sprung, and I have been finding myself awakened in the morning by a bird that I have taken to calling "Laserbird". I do not know what kind of bird this is, as I have not managed to catch a glimpse, but his high-pitched call is extremely distinctive and shrill.
The best way for me to describe it would be, as the name implies, the sound of a rapid-fire sci-fi laser beam.
Pew! Pew! Pew! pewpewpewpewpew!
I live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
If I could record myself making the sound and post that, I would, but I'm limited to text right now.
Anyone have any guesses as to what kind of bird this might be?
