This is rather funny but it seems that this Erika Moen has made a career (of sorts) out of sex-related comics so she has plenty of experience.
What I find surprising is that her comics are...shall we say...not as good as one would hope. That's as politely as I can put it. If you want to read a (often vulgar) comic wherein the protagonist suffers gender confusion in almost every comic, check that Dar comic out. It seems that she's under the impression that just using the word "dyke" is comedic. With respect, I disagree.
wow! I used to read DAR regularly years ago, but forgot about it after having to reinstall my OS and losing some of my bookmarks.
I had no idea Erika Moen had become so popular and thought she was still in the ocean of obscure webcomics almost no one reads. Great to see her doing so well and this guest comic should give her more publicity.
Hilarious comic.

Yeah, I'm flipping through the archives of DAR. Not to be close minded, but I'm a little confused at the "I'm a lesbian but I married a man" type stuff.

Oh my god I was about to reply to him when I noticed his nick via your quote - whew.
Grow up, you pubescent, socially-awkward little boy. People whose opinions you don't agree with aren't "trolls". If they were, everybody with an intelligent thought would be a "troll" in your world.

It's clearly unusual but it's not a concept that I'm unable to wrap my proverbial head around. What I find absolutely perplexing is that somebody made YEARS worth of comics based on this. And that apparently other people actually read them. It seems to be a comic with one joke (i.e. "I'm a 'dyke'...or am I").
Look, lady...I don't care about your sexual preference. That's your business. I want to read humourous comics. From what I saw, a lot of these comics didn't even seem to have a punchline and a lot were also vulgar and...well, I'm not a prude but many were just in poor taste and relying on...I guess "shock" in an effort to sell the half-joke.
I'm guessing that this Brendan dude had a lot of input for this PA comic because it's unlike her other work in one respect -- it's actually funny.

I don't know, but I like it
Especially Tycho's face in the second panel
Probably because they've been book-touring for a few days.
No I'm not being snarky this seriously made me laugh.
The guest art is good. It obviously doesn't capture their expressions in the same way Mike would have, but that is to be expected. It is good, though.
