    Lots of beeer!!

Stuff that goes good with beer:
Cheese, chips and dip, meat platter.
If you have time to cook, and are decent at cooking:
    Chili (with cheese for dip?)
    Burrito's (store bought would suffice)
    Supreme Nachos
Chicken nugget's/Fried chicken with variety of sauces
(If you have a fryer, dice chicken breast, coat in beaten egg, toss in seasoned breadcrumbs)
    Fries

If not cooking by hand, just buy frozen kind and make in oven.

Knorr's vegetable dip in a hollowed out pumpernickel boule is pretty awesome and super easy to make. Buy some cocktail pumpernickel too because the bread from the boule is never enough.

Rumaki is my all time favorite app, but its a bit of work.
6 cans water chestnuts 1c veg oil
1c soy sauce 1 tsp pepper
    1/2c ketchup 1/4c vinegar
12 gloves garlic 2-3 lbs of bacon
    toothpicks

Marinate 4 hours, slice bacon strips into 3rds, wrap&skewer, broil

this makes a shit ton so you probably want to scale it down

Edit: Are there going to be a bunch of catholics at your party? Its good Friday so no meats.

Veggie dip and bread are a go! Pancakes and sausage on a stick are not.

Thanks all. :) (even and especially tin. I am a lapsed catholic, but its probably better to stick with meat free fare today all the same)
