I was wondering if anyone knew of a software that monitors the wifi strength of a laptop. I am running Windows XP on this laptop, so something compatible with that if possible.

And to further make this complicated I need to be able to possibly export data to excel or at least be able to retrieve said data. Thanks guys. :)

(If this doesn't work I think I'm going to have to use iwconfig on a Ubuntu box)

I've used NetStumbler with good success in the past.

Oh God thank you bowen. I couldn't remember the name of the software for some reason. My google-fu is so weak.

:^: we used it almost exclusively when testing WiFi at customer locations.
