Im trying to remember this book I read a couple years ago - found it funny, and a nice read - but i cant remember the title!
Cover has this really fat guy with a parrot (or some bird that looked like one) on his shoulder. Looks kind of like Mario. It was a cartoon like drawing.
Story is about said fat guy, who thinks of himself as some sort of genius but really hes a bumbling fool. His mom makes him go looking for work because of some car accident at the start of the story....he does a few jobs like hot dog stand guy (i think) and factory work manager. Causes all sorts of problems.
Anyone know what its title was? I cant remember it....wanted to pick it up for a friend.
