Here is how Recruit-A-Friend works. It's all very well described on the WoW site, so quit being confused illiterate dummmies:
Account B is created, referencing Account A as the recruiter.
Any same-level characters on accounts A and B get triple XP when they are together (before 60).
For every 2 levels earned by a character on Account B, that character can grant a free whole entire level to any lower-level character on Account A.
Also any character on A can summon any character on B once per hour, and vice versa.
Any more questions should be directed to learn to read.

1-60 is so balls easy now it's incredible

60-70 has also received what could be called a substantial boost in speed. I think most people become Northrend capable by Nagrand, or before.

70-80 is also pretty quick, also fun

plus the new dungeon finder system makes it even faster

so no, levelling alts is basically the easiest thing in the world.
