C compilers that work with Windows 7

Just bought a laptop and can't seem to find any C compilers that work for it. Specifically windows 7 64 bit.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Visual Studio 2010 Express - http://www.microsoft.com/express/Downloads/

    Are you looking for a GCC Compiler? Or just any C/C++/C# Compiler?

    It just has to compile into DevC++.

    edit: source file just has to be able to compile in DevC++ rather.

    devc++ should work fine
