Cannot delete user account folder SOLVED

I'm having trouble deleting a user name folder within documents and settings. I wanted to remove a user account, and did it within control panel, however the user account folder is still within documents and settings. I cannot delete it. Even when booting in safe mode. Any time I try, it gives the error message that the file (gibberish that looks like *^&$$)) is in use.

Is there any tool that I can use to remove this?

    Unlocker has been good to me in cases like that.

    I just tried throwing my hdd in an external, and booting it up, deleting it. Didn't work. I'll havto try this program.
