For reference, XLT means eXtra Large and Tall, right?
Well, in Europe we have XS, S, M, XL, XXL, XXXL, etc. You'd have to try it on to see if it fits you or not.

XLT = extra large tall
my problem is i need to know my european shirt size.
in the us i bought a dress shirt of that size, but someone in europe needs my shirt measurements now and that's all i've got to work with

43-44 would be the size and its a shirt so arm length would be 36-37.
I work in high end mens fashion and euro confuses the hell out of some folks...so your not alone!:)
