I guess the Adobe Flash player is out of date, because every time I try to go to YouTube on my PS3 and watch videos, I get a blank screen where the viewer should be that says, 'GO UPGRADE!' which then takes me to the Adobe website, but it won't let me download the update because it's not supported by my console's OS.
There's a PS3-specific browser at http://www.youtube.com/tv. Does that work? It seems that this isn't just your problem from a quick search, but it may be that /tv hasn't has the upgrade yet.

Youtube on the ps3 was pretty much the only thing the ps3 browser was good for. I frequently use it if lots of people are over and they all want to show someone that one video they saw at work.
This thread reminds me of how hulu was blocked right before I got my PS3. Granted, I didn't buy it for Hulu, but it would have been so nice to have that right on my tv. Don't they want as many people as possible watching those ads?
