Youtube breaks my video :(

Hello PA H&A, long time no browse.

I'm relatively new to uploading on Youtube, this is my first attempt to get a movie uploaded, and I'm having a bit of trouble.

I am trying to put someone's performance of Shostakovich's string quartet no.8 online, using only the audio and a few JPGs that I ripped off from a Google image search (for a fading slide-show effect). I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro and encoding to H264 format. The resulting video works fine in Windows 7 on a variety of players (quicktime, VLC and WMP), but after uploading to Youtube, it breaks, with this as the result:

Now I don't know if I'm missing a really obvious step in the encoding or something (I am new to this), but I couldn't even describe the problem to do a regular google search on it. Youtube help pages didn't have anything either. I figure it's some problem with the fact that I used keyframes on the JPG images and faded the opacity in and out, and that the logo that hovers over the video the whole time is a transparent PNG. This shouldn't be a problem though, as the video works fine in Windows. I figure it's some issue with how Youtube compresses it, and possibly some issue with transparent PNGs. I don't know, but I also don't know where to look for a solution.

Please help! Thanks.

That video is really disturbing. I've only uploaded some random things to the Tube.
I really have no idea what's going on, but you could try creating the video as a different file type and see if Youtube likes it better that way.

Fixed, FLV format encoding works. Don't ask my why H264 breaks, I didn't figure it out.
