Computer won't go anywhere but PA

So, I'm having a problem for the second time where my computer won't go anywhere but PA. I'm pretty sure it's a router issue, since when I get on my other computer, that's hooked up through the same router, I can't connect to anything. Different browsers doesn't fix anything, either.

Is there a router setting I need to change somewhere? And what caused this to start happening all of a sudden, out of nowhere?

Oh, I'm running Windows XP SP2 (fully updated) with a Netgear wireless router on both computers.

Have you tried unplugging the router for awhile then plugging it back in and trying again?

I assume that would fix it, but it fixes itself after about five minutes.

So, what's causing it to happen in the first place?

So this happens often? And always fixes itself after awhile?

    It's probably DNS related.

Twice now. The first time, it fixed itself in about 10-15 minutes. The second time, I reset the router and it fixed it. The first time was last night, the second time just now. I assume it is going to continue.

Im thinking that might be the cause also

So it just says the site cant be found?

Maybe wait till the next time it happens and then take a look at all your router settings, see if anything has changed on its own. Can you ping anything when this happens?

    go Start>Run>CMD

in the command prompt run "ipconfig /all", look at your DNS servers

If your DNS entry matches your gateway IP, your computer is asking your router who asks your ISP's DNS. I recommend you find out what your ISP's DNS IP's are and manually use those.
