Ebay question

A guy won one of my auctions a week ago and has yet to pay (I only accept paypal) and hasn't responded to any of my attempts to contact him. So is it time to report him as a non-paying bidder? Or would I be jumping the gun?

A week? I'd report him and tell him I did so. Then probably give the item to the next highest bidder.

Yup. After a week, file an unpaid item dispute. They should refund the cost of your listing, and allow you to relist it.

Ok, that's what I was thinking. I'll give the guy until I get back home from work tonight. Thanks.

eBay lets you file these after 4 days. On the 4th day I send a reminder email saying "Hello, just making sure you received the invoice I sent out. If you have any trouble with paypal or have any questions for me, please let me know." And then on day 5 I submit the unpaid bidder thing to eBay. eBay then sends out an email. 4 days later it's closed, you get your money back, they can't leave feedback for you, and they get a black mark on their feedback.

So yeah, there's no reason not to do it as soon as possible, especially if the person isn't contacting you at all.
